Delivery and Returns
We sell and ship products of a sensitive nature that could cause embarrassment if it was obvious to others what you are receiving , we fully understand any anxiety you may have in regards to this but we will only send products to our customers in discreet packaging , Until the packaging is opened, no one will know what is inside.
All prices are in Australian dollars including tax (if Applicable) , Sex Sells reserves the right to change its price structure at any time. Changes in price structure will be current when these prices are displayed on the Online Store.
All orders are sent from our warehouse in Victoria Australia and sent by Australia post
Accounts and Payment Terms
Prospective new customers are required to register for an Online Store Account, accessible via the /shopnow weblink (My Account tab).
All customers are given pre-payment terms.
Prepaid means 100 % payment on all orders, prior to delivery of those orders.
Payment is required during checkout and no items will be dispatched unless payment is received in full Sex Sells reserves the right to terminate a customer account at any time.
Payments may be made via Credit Card , Paypal and via direct deposit to the Sex Sells bank account.
Title to Goods
Title to goods passes to the Customer at the time goods are paid for.
Ordering of Product
Orders may be placed via the Sex Sells Web Site Online Store. Prepaid orders must be paid at time of purchase. Prepaid orders not paid within three (3) days of purchase, will result in the order being cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched with Australia Post within 2 business days from receipt of order/payment, and shipping times are estimated at between 2 – 10 business days depending on customer location and can be tracked on the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search where you can enter the Auspost Tracking number that will be updated in your Account after dispatch has occurred
Freight charges (if any) are calculated in real time in the shopping cart, dependent on weight, volume and location.
Should you wish to accept all liability during transit you may request that your order be left without requiring a signature on delivery , please Email us prior to completing the checkout to request this option and then leave instructions in the allocated area in the final checkout window , we will only send your order without a signature on delivery if you have emailed us first regardless of what instructions you have left at the checkout.
Note: We cannot advise Australia post to leave your item in a specific location or guarantee that Australia post will leave your item at your site
All products distributed by Sex Sells to its customers are guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
The product is covered under warranty only if it was used for the purpose it was intended. This warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product. Sex Sells will not allow any claims for labour or other expenses necessary to replace or repair damages caused by defective product.
Products which are found to be defective will be credited. If a replacement is required from Sex Sells, it will be charged at the standard rate and shipped freight free. Products are to be returned by the customer once they have communicated the issues directly with our sales team at email@example.com
Sex Sells will not offer credit for inventory returned with no fault found, incorrectly ordered by the customer or as a result of inventory ordered which is surplus to requirement
Sex Sells may distribute non-apparel products that are intended for use strictly as adult novelty toys for entertainment. They are not intended for medical use and have not been clinically tested. No medical claims are warranted or implied by the use of these products.
Damaged Stock or Shortage in Shipment
Sex Sells does not assume liability for damaged or missing stock and each case is to be handled based on individual circumstances. The customer is to accept the shipment and note “Carton was broken or damaged” with the courier. The customer must notify Sex Sells within 5 days after receipt. Photographic evidence together with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) is required prior to any further investigation and replacement. Generally, damaged stock is replaced within one week; product return, is required and will be discussed when the issue is raised with our staff
If a return to us is required this will only be accepted if first approved by us ,
Please read the information (website description) on the product prior to purchase in full and if you are unsure please email us for clarification prior to completion of checkout as we will not honor a return or refund request on the basis of " Change of mind" this includes (but is not limited to) a product you have ordered and not required after ordering or found to have not been suitable for your specific situation, faulty products or products damaged in transit will be exchanged as per our warranty terms
Should we honor a exchange or refund at our discretion then we reserve the right to provide refund less a 20 % restocking fee this will only be on the basis that the product is complete as provided by us and the cost of return (by post) is at the customers cost .
